Dr. Julia L. Jackson, a Philadelphia native, earned her DMD from Temple University in 2005 and completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Howard University Hospital in 2011.

She has since practiced in Pennsylvania and Virginia, specializing in advanced surgical techniques and implant dentistry. An active lecturer and member of professional organizations, Dr. Jackson founded two study clubs in Virginia and serves as CEO and founder of the International Implant Institute in Northern Virginia, where she advances education and innovation in implant dentistry.

Morteza brings nearly 30 years of experience in tax planning, accounting, and financial consulting for individuals and small businesses, combining technical expertise with a practical understanding of how families and business owners build and protect wealth.

Morteza earned his MBA from Dallas University in 1980 and began his career as a comptroller for a Fortune 500 company, spending almost a decade managing complex private-sector financial operations. He later launched Tax Plus in Northern Virginia, which grew into today’s TPI Group.

Through TPI Group, he provides accounting, financial planning, taxation, investment guidance, and estate planning. As both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner, he integrates comprehensive financial strategies with sophisticated, tax-efficient solutions.
