Xavier Gray is a seasoned leader and financial services professional whose 26-year tenure in the U.S. Army saw him progress from Squad Leader to Battalion Commander and culminate as Chief of the Data Processing Programming & Development Department supporting operations across Europe. Upon retiring, he leveraged his strategic leadership and analytical skills as Regional Vice President at Primerica Financial Services—earning Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses while training and inspiring teams in insurance and investment solutions. He later served as Chairman & CEO of Worldwide Financial Group, Inc., and has since excelled as an Independent Representative with leading MLM companies and as a Mortgage Loan Originator—first with The Mortgage House and, since 2022, with Dear Lender LLC. Passionate about health, wellness, and wealth, Xavier recently joined NVISIONU to deepen his commitment to coaching and personal development. He holds an MS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a BA in Business from Business Park College.
