Course Overview & Schedule
This intensive training helps you build clinical confidence through hands-on model surgery and digital case planning. Advanced surgical and restorative topics include CBCT interpretation, socket grafting and ridge preservation, guided instrumentation, and a digital All-on-X workflow using intraoral scanning. Instructors will guide you through model patient cases and teach practical case planning and presentation techniques you can use in your practice.

Lunch & Lecture
Patient selection & evaluation (overall health, underlying disease, records)
All-on-X principles (A-P spread, FP1–RP5, transition line, restorative space, VDO & CR, esthetic tooth position)
Surgical & clinical fundamentals (anesthesia/sedation, pharmacology, implant selection, extractions, flap design, suturing, alveoplasty, grafting, osteotomy & implant placement)
Treatment team development (surgeon, restoring dentist, lab; leadership roles)
2:00–3:00 PM | Welcome & Day Wrap-Up

8:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Dr. Mohamed Attia – Guided Surgery
Presentation: Procedure review, DirectGuide use.
1st Hands-On:
- Remove teeth/tissue, assemble BFG & Monostrut, seat on model.
- Place surgical guide, affix analogs, remove guide.
- Fit MUAs/temp cylinders, adjust LTP, blockout & finish (each student completes 1).
Lunch Break – Instructors prep LTPs on new tissue.
1:00 – 4:00 PM: Dr. Elisa Newsome – Healing & Digital Records
Healing management, patient evaluation, provisional assessment.
2nd Hands-On:
- Scan provisional on model, opposing arch, bite.
- Scan tissue with MUAs & precision scan bodies.
